So i bought headphones and i was wondering, does the sound quality lower over time just by using it? If yes, could using it with high volume make things worse?

I have the MDR-V6 (which is the model that got replaced by OP pic) and did not notice degradation or improvements in 3-4 years of use. I do believe however that they start sounding better after a couple minutes of listening.

Yeah, but it's not the headphones that are getting worse.
It's your hearing that is slowly dying.
Your hearing is a fragile thing, and damages are almost unfixable.
Headphones is more risky than speakers.
If it is too loud, then your ears will be more damaged than your headphones. Its too loud if you can still hear the audio of you hold your headphones at arms length
