Not at the moment. Modular X is better than wayland. Wayland addresses some concerns that are no longer major issues.

I haven't dove into mir yet.

Wayland is bretty good. I've been using it for the past month on debian testing branch. I did not experience any problems so far & the actual performance is better than xorg.
