Anyone know how to prevent Calibre from fucking with my ebooks when I import them? It seems like it does so maybe 2/3 of the time so I have to manually replace the files again with the ones I torrented if I want to seed out of my Calibre library. (Which I do because it's convenient and helps to keep things organized.) Only ever happens at import-time, so after I've manually replaced the file with the original it is safe forever, but it's still kind of annoying that I have to do this at all. Anyone know if there's a way to prevent this?
Already fixed the settings mentioned in Bibliotik's guide on the subject (bookmarking and storing metadata in the file as far as I remember) but not sure if they missed something, I asked on their forums months ago but nobody wanted to be helpful
