So I need to move from W7 32bit to W7 64bit (Long story on what happened)

My issue is what version of 7 should I install (the one with the less bloatware) and how can I avoid W10 installing on me after after a while.

Get the professional then make sure you only install the service pack 1 and updates before gwx update was released
