Short and easy, if I use a VPN from a country where torrents are very risky, am I on the safe side even if I download only censored stuff.
Let's say expressvpn

Alright, so either any kind of porn is highly illegal in your country, or you're talking about downloading censored software, music or movies.
Either way: What the fuck?
If you're in the U.S. then you should be fine. Honestly, anyone can see the DNS leak from using a VPN. It's just that nobody really gives a shit. Use something like DNSCrypt if you want to encrypt the leak.
My english sucks maybe, I meant if I download movies, shows, software, games and stuff like that.
And I am not in the US, I am ni Germany, and they are a bit strict about downloading that kind of shit.
Let's say that I am too lazy to do anything else, but I dont mind paying 10$ a month and just use regular piratebay public tracker stuff, and I want to be sure they can't track me, so a VPN service that doesnt keep log and is crypted.
Am I on the safe side, or is all that just advertising for idiots to pay up without any real benefit?

You're safe. Personally, I haven't used ThePirateBay since they switched to the .org domain. I just use kat.cr now.

thanks
well, piratebay is just to clarify what I wanna do
I moved to Germany from somewhere where nobody gives a shit about torrents, you could download whatever and how much you want, and I haven't gotten used to Germany yet. To be honest I wouldn't even download that much, but I am a bit paranoid and want to be on the safe side. I would actually still continue buying games, its just that I have no good option for movies and shows
