Fuck. So I won't be getting my bachelors in software engineering until late 2017 / early 2018. Everything seems so volatile right now...what does /g/ think the field will look like in two years? Yes, it's another one of those "tech bubble" threads. Will salaries go down any time soon? Will competition go up? Any big changes coming along soon?
I'm not going to be looking in any big cities if that matters.

It won't benefit him if he's the type that thinks only major specific classes matter in terms of schooling. Part of it is also exploring other fields of knowledge as well as growing as a person. Formerly a stem major, that was honestly a common occurrence amongst them.
