So there's a cat5 cable running from a plastic box next to my house's power box... I followed the little fellow and it leads directly into my neighbors house. So what's a cat5 bringing them? Is it stealing anything from me? I'm pretty tempted to cut it...or yank it. It's held up by almost nothing, just over a tree. My neighbors are poo in loos so they probably are up to something stupid. Should I just call the cops?
