nevfeg here!
I use i3 4170 and I think it bottlenecks when playing bf4 and such, what should I get instead of i3 4170?
gfx: Asus 270x 4gb

You need a new gpu you retard. G just has some retard obsession with pairing powerful CPUs with weak ass gpus

get an i7 processor with 32gb of ram, you dont need a gfx because the processor and ram will be blazing fast. 1000fps confirmed every game.

even in cod bro?

even in infinite warfare bro

yesssssss
>>54716957
Should've went with an i5 4460
>>54717191
now you just need a 1000hz TV to get 1000fps

will look around, i may change my mb too..

i have crt monitor, so no problem with that.
Not op but, just a quick question regarding ram compatibility for boards example:
Support for DDR4 3466(O.C.) /3400(O.C.) /3333(O.C.) /3300(O.C.) /3200(O.C.) /3000(O.C.) /2800(O.C.) /2666(O.C.) /2400(O.C.) /2133 MHz memory modules
What does (O.C.) mean? does my ram have to be Over clocked to 2800 MHz to be compatible for muh board? or can i just use a regular 2800 MHz ram? plan to build a mid range pc

for gaming and casual use, overclocked ram is pointless, nothing has to be overclocked, they work regardless, its just a way to squeeze more performance out of a specific component. (O.C.) means Overclock. If you plan on using integrated GPU then Ram clock speeds do play a big role in graphical performance. In most cases a DDR4 stick @ 2133 MHz CL14 is fine.

gotcha, you've just save me from spending $10 more on ram. Thanks!
Probably some i5 I only think that the i7 is worth if you are going to encode or run virtual machines all of the time
>270x
lol
