Win7 is flatter and more minimalistic. It just feels cleaner.
But I will say Win10 is easier to troubleshoot. It's also easier to reset when it inevitablely gets corrupted.

I have an uncle with a degree of local influence who finally felt so cucked by windows 10 that he's asking me to help him file a breach of privacy complaint with the Canadian government for windows 10.
He says laws for privacy are more strict here, based on "reasonable assumption". He had no idea of what Windows 10 collects by default until I showed him.
