Anyone else on the red team having issues with Firefox and hardware acceleration after installing 15.6.2.1 on a multi display setup?

I get glitching on Youtube vids across all screens and sometimes Firefox flashes on and off like a busted old monitor when switching tabs.

r9 390 here, same issues both on win7 and win10
I wasn't sure if it was firefox only, but now I'm almost certain. I went back to some old as fuck drivers (12.2015) and now everything works as it should. I'm even getting more fps in dark souls 3, lol
