How do you improve picrelated's ball? I sweat a lot and the three sensors underneath get clogged with all sorts of dead skin and sweat all the time, making the ball harder to move. Anyone got any tips for maintaining one of these?

Ball pops out easily, Clean it (especially the 3 small rollers). You will have to do this every so often no matter how clean your hands are.
I just bought a new one and the ball doesn't roll nearly as smoothly as my original one. Is there a "break in" period for these that I forgot about? I already tried cleaning inside it.
For one, OP, I'm surprised you haven't found the glory of keyboard gloves yet, keeps your keyboard clean and mouse obviously.
Obviously they come in many styles and even winter ones to keep your digits toasty in even the coldest midwinters eve.

Thanks. I had a feeling it did. The M570 are built to last. I can't even remember when I bought my old one. The reason I'm replacing it isn't that big of an issue. The right button kinda sticks a bit every now and then.
