Well, first thing you gotta do is look for any text that would look like a model name and google it until your search results are mnotherboards. In this case, it's RC410M.

This motherboard has both PCI and PCI-x slots as well as both IDE and SATA controllers. The shift in these technologies for PCs occurred in great part in the late 2000's so that's probably where it's from.

Your current mainboard is better, if but barely since its Foxconn. The board you started the thread with is P4 and Pentium D only (AKA shitty netburst), the Foxconn you are currently using can use any of the Core 2 series, including celerons and pentiums derived from Core 2 based chips as well as Core 2 Quads.
