My experience with Indian "programmers" is that 90% of them don't know how to actually build programs from scratch and code.
They are point-and-click "programmers" in that they can't do anything without a GUI.
Fucking idiots.

They are being trained for employment. They are given the answers and memorize the living fuck out of them. Most people hate this is because they generally hate all people who are copy/pasting from stack exchange (or /g/ just hates everyone). Their "teachers" are telling them to copy/paste answers in things so they can source for resumes is expected and not an indication of talent.
