How safe is it to allow Chrome to save my passwords? I use KeePass and randomly generated strings for most things, but it does get a bit tedious having to enter in my long master password, find the site, and then copy/paste my passwords.
They are literally saved in a regular text file

It has my passwords stored since ever. And over the years I had zero cases of hacked accounts anywhere, not to mention that most places with really important things have my phone as an additional sms-code authentication. So just create a google account and turn on sync.

You're using Chrome, dude. Google already has all of your browser history, might as well give them your passwords too.
