If you want a gayming keyboard get coolermaster, if you want a good keyboard get a Vortex/Ducky
if you want RGB get the Coolermaster RGB board
Razer one is brighter backlighting and easier to use software Corsair feels more sturdy and has Cherry Switches which are superior to Kaliah switches Razor has been using the past few years.
Also the Corsair software is much more in depth, you can do a LOT with it. The problem is you will need to spend 4-6 hours learning how to do anything cool and want to kill yourself by the end, thankfully you can just download other peoples lighting profiles they put up online instead of making your own.

Both but the Razor uses Chinese switches and the Corsair uses Cherry MX switches. The Chinese ones tend to be far less consistent weight on the springs, some are 40g others are 50g. Cherry switches however are usually within 1-2g of the proper actuation weight.

I have a Corsair Strafe RGB with silent reds.
All I'll say about silent reds: they are reds that are only slightly louder than my last membrane board.
My biggest problem with my friends Razer isn't really the keys, its the extra space around the board they add. Also if they Razer RGB controller is anything like the one for the deathadder, the corsair software is way more in depth and overall better.
Both are at BestBuy so you should just walk in and slap some keys and see what you like best.

Which is the best mechanical keyboard on the market? Doesn't matter the price but it needs to be the best of the best, including things like durability, the erase resistance to the characters in each keys for whom to use it too much daily (if applied) and be easy to be cleaned (basic maintenance in general).
I hope I didn't forget anything important to ask in the details.

The corsair uses legit switches, but the key caps are a shit. If you can get some good vortex translucent letter keycaps from mass drop, I recommend those. I like the white, even though the space bar and Windows keys aren't standard size
