It might me that I work with design because I hate seeing different kinds of monitors in the same setup. Yeah, the desktop may be beautiful, but it seems like most people say fuck it when they throw together different monitors, no matter how good you calibrate them it is just a bit tacky.

That's a good place to look too. If you want a CRT for retro games then don't get those enhanced definition or HD ones. the big tv on top is viewed from the laz-e-boy recliners to the right of the frame, it's on a full motion mount so i can position it to be viewed from the desk if i lean back but is rarely used in that manner.
