You know what the best feature of Windows 10 is?
Separate volume controls for headphones and speakers.
Have to give props to the Windows team for that one, it's so fucking nice.
That's unnecessary because most computers have only one audio jack.
When I unplug my headphones, sound often doesnt transfer over for some things, like Rocket League. I have to plug my headphones back in to hear it.
Didn't happen on 8.1

Exactly.
>muh linux memorizes headphones volume and speakers volume
>>54631410
I have it on my laptop and it helps a lot.
When I'm working at my desk I have headphones plugged in, when I take it somewhere else I use the speakers.
Really convenient feature.
>>54631410
The OP probably meant internal speakers.
>>54631413
There is a setting where apps can take control. Disable this.
>>54631410
Most computers have two you retard.
>>54631385
That's already present in 7. It's there since Vista
Linux had this since pulseaudio, 11 years ago in 2004.
>>54631385
It's been a feature since win 7. Fuck off.
>>54632531
Wait, are you implying that pulseaudio is good?
...
A witch! A witch! Burn him! Burn him!
>>54631385
Hasn't every single OS had this for 10+ years?
>>54632531
>Linux

>>54632566
Alsa has it too
>>54631385
You do realise OS X has had this for over 10 years right?
It's truly great operating system. The fact it's FREE is amazing deal.
>>54633712
I'm sorry, I don't guzzle cum
Is there an official /g/ endorsed list of shit I need to disable in Windows 10?
>>54631385
Muh Gnome has had that for years.
>>54631410
Laptops and phones.
>>54631385
