I work with Indians and Slavs.
I can tell you right now that Slavs at least know how to build fucking programs from scratch,
while poo-in-the-loos don't know shit beyond using a GUI and doing point and click operations (which is why they are mostly relegated to support, where they also fail because their English is so fucking shit that a camel attempting it would be easier to comprehend).

I'm starting to think that we really need a mid-level language, similar to Pascal in scope but with modern features and C like syntax (because that's what people are familiar with). C is simple but it's not for application development, C++ is a behemot, and I don't have an informed opinion on Rust.
