For some reason I prefer slim laptop-style keyboards over mechanical ones. Why are mechanical keyboards better in your opinion?

They feel sluggish to me. Slim keyboards do require force but it feels snappy for me. I also don't like pressing down deep.

anyway, i like my blue switches because they are very nice to type on
it's just a comfortable thing to use
i still use membrane keyboards, but it's like a ford vs. lamborghini type of thing to me
