It's not. Always had problems with wifi cards and adapters, on multiple desktops and laptops, on multiple wifi connections. Sometimes it won't connect to the AP, sometimes it does but will just disconnect and then be unable to reconnect. Never had this problem with any other Linux distro besides Mint, which is Ubuntu-based.
