What's the best way to stream a desktop to a single other person at a decent framerate (30) with minimal latency? I have a friend who enjoys watching me play games who's moved some distance away and I want to create as best an imitation of him being here as I can.

if you want minimal latency ( ~2 seconds or lower)
private rtmp server, sending video over websockets
or some shit like teamviewer

Twitch still has 10-13 second delay, I'd go for hitbox. If i remember correctly, that's usually always 2-4 seconds.
TeamViewer

if you're going to use it for more than just gaymes try the built in remote desktop
what are your upload speeds like?

I don't know why people are picking on this solution..
If the slider is really good (acceleration for fast movement, single digits for slow movement) you should be able to enter your phone number much faster than by entering it DIGIT-BY-DIGIT.
Fucking plebs.

Steam has a built-in function for streaming to friends. Should be perfect for your purpose.

I'm using splashtop and it's pretty good.
Have been streaming 1080p from my home to work PC with close to no delay, can even play some games.
Does require extremely low ping internet tho.
