I got one a few months ago and love the damn thing. So much functionality for ~$10. Wear this thing everywhere but the shower.
Only drawbacks are that it's on the small end (suits me fine, but will look weird if you have huge grisly wrists) and the backlight isn't quite spectacular.
It's a perfect beater watch to wear around in the yard/work/etc.

The most accurate clock you can possibly get is one that is distributed across the entire earth. (To account for gravitational, rotational speed, etc. differences) And NTP allows you to leverage exactly that.

I was raised that it's impolite to even look at your watch when talking to someone, that having them notice you're looking at your watch means you want the conversation to end. So I perfected the art of subconsciously being able to glance at your wrist, to always know what time it is.
You can't do that with a fucking phone.
