Hello all, simple request:
I will soon need a program that can play audio files at different speeds. If it's important, I am talking about 0.25x to 0.5x speed. Can you recommend me a program with such a function? thank you.
Youtube if you want a webapp.
Audacity will work as well.

Audacity is for editing such files, but I'm sure it can be used for playback too.
You can either play the sounds at a different speed there, or convert them to a different speed and play them normally. it's free too.

Audacity seems a good choice, this will do. Thanks!

MPV, MPC-HC, VLC, and Mplayer can do that. Any modern media player can play content at different speeds. I honestly cannot think of a program that can't do what you are asking.
Did you attempt to use one before you posted?

He probably means simultaneously.
anyone can recommend an Android app which can change speed on fly? Have been using Music Speed Changer Lite for years now.

I use it as my main player just because of its functionality. Its a music visualizer, editor, compressor, and player all in one. With more functions besides those mentioned.

I used to use YouTube when I ran a web os for slowing music as well as fast forwarding it.
