I'm a programming-layman and have basically no knowledge, and I also don't really need any besides that I want to code my own Imageboards.
I don't want to use some 0815 Imageboard engine because I wanna add some features which the average Imageboard doesn't have.
Which language/s should I learn for that?

I don't know about Heroku, and you don't need Amazon AWS if you want to host it yourself, but basically what >>54545575 said.
Some scripting language, html, css, postgresql and JS.
Not a professional JS dev either, so don't know about this dialect shit or whatever that is.
It's quite some work to learn all of that, but you'll manage
still easier than haskell
