Not entirely sure, depends on where you live. My mother works for a refurbishing company that happened to have a bunch of them stocked, so she got me one as a birthday gift. I only have the legs though, the top of the desk is from my previous desk, works fine though, I just screwed it in.
Even IKEA has them. Just look at any furniture store, I'd recommend the electric ones for obvious reasons, otherwise you'll have to crank them up, but they are quite expensive. (IKEAs standard ones are ~$150 and the electric ones ~$400.)
