OK people,
I know that you will say to me to install gentoo, but as we speak I'm installing Windows 7 Ultimate on a C2Q 9400 PC.
Already got all the drivers on a separate CD (yep, roast me anyway) so I can setup everything offline.
Now the big question. How to disable the damn Windows 10 upgrade? I understand that damn update reminder don't even allow the standard updates going.

Install Windows 10 and then rollback to Windows 7. It takes from 10 minutes to 1 hour depending on your hardware, but at least you are not required to install awful programs or uninstall updates every week.
Go to updates
Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB3035583)
Download size: 735 KB - 837 KB
Put that to hidden or uncheck. There you go. No Windows 10
