VDS.exe?

So I never really ask for help, but I'm legit fucking stuck, /g/. As of waking up this morning, I've noticed that my PC has been loading up a process called "vds.exe" that makes my computer run incredibly slow. Like I can move my mouse a couple inches ever 3-4 seconds or so slow.
If I go into task manager and close it, everything goes back to normal. It only takes up about 25-30% CPU, so I don't know what's causing the freezing. And apparently this is an official windows process?
I've disabled Virtual Disc which is apparently what VSD stands for in services, but it didn't help at all. Every 3-4 hours it'll come back and interrupt whatever I'm doing. Does anyone know how to get rid of this thing completely or fix this?
I'm running on Windows 10 64-bit.
