I've never really built a pc, but I was thinking an Intel I5-6500 3.20 Ghz, along with the gtx 1070 when it comes out, 8 gigs ram, and then just keep my 600w power supply and harddrive and case to keep costs down. Stop giving them false hope. Losing weight is hard, don't sugarcoat it (heh). People need to restrict their calorie intake every day for months to lose any significant amount of weight. During this time you either have to eat one large meal or eat 3 small meals to make sure you stick to your calorie restriction. Though I have found that protein helps with hunger suppression.

What males losing weight hard isn't starting the diet. In fact starting the diet may be the easiest part since you'll be full of joy and enthusiasm. The hard part is sticking to it. Staying at or under ~2,000 calories for the average fat fuck every day for months isn't going to be easy. Their body will detect its fat reserves being depleted and go apeshit on them with hunger cravings. Though like I said protein (milk/hard boiled eggs) does seem to suppress those hunger cravings.
