Ancient Chinese secret. I was actually thinking of doing a video or something on cable management because I've put an assload of time into it over the past few years. A lot of trial and error and such so I think it could be cool to put that out there. For the consoles, the bread and butter is velcro ties and getting the most appropriate cable lengths you can when its reasonable to do so. Also, strategic power strip placement. There's actually a power strip behind the CRT on top of the LaserDisc player. Having a wire shelf is definitely the easiest way to go even if its not the most attractive.
