Help me /g/! I've got a coding interview tomorrow, specially for Android Development. How should I prepare? What might they ask me?
start off by learning android development

>How many loos have you pooed in?

I can already do that. Looking for a typical coding problem for this kind of interview
>>54481438
its probably going to be android lifecycles (describe the lifecycle of an activity), object oriented programming (inheritence, explain oop to a 5 year old), and some UI stuff (ie. relativelayout vs linearlayout)
good luck

Invert a binary tree given its root in a programming language of choice.

I've heard high paying Android jobs make an interviewee write out a RecyclerView implementation (i.e. adapter) on a whiteboard. Not that hard to remember but it might be worth brushing up on.

Oh, another thing, they might ask you questions about Support library, AppCompat, etc. Learn that ship asap (if you don't already)

they'll most likely ask you basic concept questions (that should be easy if you know android development), like:
"what are Intents?"
"What are the advantages to a RecyclerView over a ListView?"
"What is an AsyncTask and why do we need to use them? When do we use them?"
Also they may ask you to implement something, RecyclerView seems likely as >>54482026
mentioned. Just make sure you have fundamentals down.
