is namecheap.com a reliable, professional registrar? i wanted to register a few domains with them, checked some revies and experiences and they don't look good at all (very recent reviews too). all of their positive reviews look like the most obvious indian 5$-top review paid for bullshit.
anyone here have any experiences with them?

they're dreadful but so are most of the cheap registrants out there.
I use them regularly, never had any problem.
