I just use passwords.google.com. Never had a problem.

1. Buy an old game console
2. Buy a game or two where you can save your progress with various name entries, you know, like those pinball games where best 10-20 scores with manually input names are stored
3. Put your passwords as those names
4. Just keep it connected to your TV and a cartridge/cd stored inside a big box with loats of other cartridges/cds to not make it looking suspicious
