I can vouch for this, have it with 4 noctua nf-a14 fans and an nh-u14s cpu cooler, holy silent computing. plus the cooling is just amazing, 10/10 comfy would never go back

OP here, yes was looking at it too, but I really like the included fans that have almost the same build quailty as a Noctua fan. HDD mounts are nice too.
I have a Nanoxia DS1, same kinda thing as the R4 but a bit bigger with some extra features and the fans included are pretty much the best low noise/performance fans you can get

I enjoy my Fractal design R4. It's quiet as fuck, even under full load the air purifier that sits a few feet away from my desk is still louder. Can't complain.
