KeePass of course. Browser extension and app. Sync the db with owncloud (or box or dropbox or drive or onedrive) and have your passwords anywhere. I like it.

Any password security program would be a huge, juicy target for hackers, so it would be rendered useless in short notice.
A tip: firefox has an option that show all stored passwords in the screen - printscreen that, save the JPG in your favorite root drive and change the extension into a .dll or something. Copying the file to a directory with a huge number of .dlls is also a plus to the security. Basic, but simplicity is the best sometimes.

LastPass.

But you should be using any password manager by now. I don't really care what you use: KeePass, KeePassX, DashLane, OnePassword; just use one. Having high entropy, and unique passwords for every account is a great safety net.

>Hurr durr I use my brain
I have 130 unique passwords stored in my password manager and not one of them is shorter than 18 characters. But I'm sure your brain could handle those just fine.

I use an nfc enabled yubikey with mine. Without the yubikey and the master pass together, you can't decrypt the pass container. So even if someone hacks lastpass and steals all the password containers, they can't do anything with them.
>>
>>54442460

For work I need to generate new passwords on a monthly basis. I use a formula for generating them using a single word of something related to my life in the current month. A word of lets say 5/7 characters become a string of alphanumeric+uppercases+specialSymbols of 15/20 characters. And I need to remember only the easy word.

Okay, they're not in cleartext, but they're encrypted with your database's password. That means any malevolent person who manages to keylog you or who's willing to use bruteforce can unlock a database of all your logins.

Dude, it doesn't matter the encryption method. Your passwords get decrypted and shown to you in plain text when you enter the password to your database. That means you can bruteforce the database password.

https://www.passwordstore.org/ is a good option.
>>

of course you can, but it would take centuries if a proper key is used

My own brain.
If you really have trouble remembering your passwords you're actually best off just writing them down on an actual notepad and storing it somewhere in your house, people who try to steal passwords are highly unlikely to break into your house physically.

>>

You're not alone. The women who wear it, so as to fetishize themselves, also enjoy it greatly.

Thus: Everything revealed accidentally is actually intentional. (Thongs, lacy undergarments, yoga pants, etc.)

inb4: "What are you looking at, Pervert." "I only wear this for comfort." "I don't care what I'm wearing, really." and "You men are such pigs."

Keepass just uses an encrypted file, so there isn't much that can get "hacked".

>>
>>54448324
You're right that a piece of paper is safer.

But you're not going to use very long and complex passwords when you have to type them over from paper.

Overall I'm more worried about using insecure passwords than having my password file compromised.

A combination of the two is probably even better: use a password manager, but don't include the last 6 characters and write them on paper instead. - but I'm not that paranoid.

so you use unique password on all sites you have ever registered to? And you got them in your brain right?
>>
>>54451516
No, I only remember essential ones, which are like 4 or 5. The rest are all throwaway accounts and I don't care if they get hijacked or some shit, interestingly though they don't, even though I use passwords like 123456789 or 2286221 or similar numerical combinations even years after they've been registered they're still not hacked, most of the time though you can simply use your FB account, but it's a throwaway too, so I use it a lot to login to a bunch of bullshit sites where registration is mandatory to get what you want.
