Yep, they're not doing anything really new or worthwhile anymore, they're more expensive, huge bezels, battery life is middling, resolution is smaller, plus the Galaxy gets you hundreds of dollars in free shit from "Galaxy Gifts"
Force touch is a glorified long tap, they don't have the S Pen to make the huge size worth it, the edge display is fashionable and has a gimmick to it, Android let's you download emulators (I swear this is the biggest reason teenagers pick Android), nobody cares about mobile Garageband outside of a small amount of people who'd rather use it on an iPad or Macbook anyways

More people in general want features that even $1,000+ iPhones lack.
iPhones have kinda lost their touch as fashion accessories as well. Owning apple products is becoming more a sign of stupidity than being rich even among girls.
Apple better shill the ever loving fuck out of the iPhone 7 if they want to stay relevant and they probably will.

Iphones are still fairly popular at least where I live, it's hard to say accurately but if I were to estimate maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of people use an iphone. It also seems that iphones are more popular among girls (which isn't a big surprise desu). The decline may have something to do with the fact that owning an iphone isn't anything special anymore.

Owning an iphone doesn't really represent your wealth, many people who use iphones are on the older models. I've also seen refugees with iphones.
