Then I encrypted it, and keyboard was not poping up

I did exactly the same thing op.
What you need now is the apk file of a keyboard software.
Try to download it from a credible website, you don't want to get a malware.
When you have on, plug your phone on the USB port of your pc, and copypaste the file.
Now, if you already authorised the installation of applications from apk file in the settings, you just have to found it and install it. Otherwise, go on the security setting and deactivate this thing.
Tell me if anything go wrong doing theses steps.

Why do you need to sign in to google to install an .apk? Download from your browser and toggle the unknown sources in Settings. You have a file manager on your phone right now?

1st. After doing a factory reset you're able to skip all the Google stuff. I've factory reset my phone many times.
2nd. Why couldn't you just download a keyboard from the play store? You can do it without a keyboard. Instead of typing you'll just have to find it manually by going through categories, tools, and then there's keyboards. And you don't have to be signed in to download it.

The thing with Huawei is that you need unlock code. To get it, you need to provide them your IMEI and S/N. And their plugin says my input is invalid. So basically I can't unlock bootloader.
