- Default line-height is perfectly fine (get a pair of glasses)
- Less contrast? Turn your screen brightness down if it bothers you. Almost all text-editing software and everything printed uses full black/white
- Font size should NOT be expressed in pixels. If you think the default is too small, fix your default or monitor settings
- Line width? The only one that makes sense, but don't use pixels to define it.
