thought this might be neat to try out, but fucking hell my linux machine has the worst wireless card
if my t42 is plugged in with cable the thing gets speeds of about 10mb/s, but on this fucker over wifi, kill me
also just while im ranting about this computer, i set up a very similar ubuntu install on my moms laptop, and she loves it
because she has a touch screen
ubuntu is 10,000x better with a touchscreeen, but with shitty trackpad drivers, fucked up display settings and garbage hardware reading, it just pisses me off in every other way
if this arch thing is good im gonna stick with it

this dell isnt for every day use, my daily driver is an acer cb3 chromebook, my "important shit" computer is a t42 with XP installed
this is my dell inspiron something, i dropped it once and fucked up my hard drive, so instead of buying windows i install different linux distros on it from time to time
