So /g/ what's the point of learning real programming instead of being a code monkey? People are so dumb they don't even care optimizing/protecting their software, they just write it in some high level shit like .NET/Java and then sell it.
I recently cracked Holdem Manager 2, software which costs $89, and it didn't even have any protection, not even an obfuscator or hidden inline license checks, plain .NET code
Have Pajeets taken over programming and turned it into Kode with Kwhore? Where to go now? Physics?

To keep things interesting. To strive to become better at what you do over time.
How did you crack it? Looking for the CMP and JMP areas involving memory addresses for licensing checks?
Alright smartguy, try to think up a unified theory for the spaghetti shitfest that is quantum mechanics and general relativity. Better yet, try to prove that P=NP and watch the world burn trying to find out an algorithm for every NPcomplete problem.

There's always a place for highly efficient code. Whether it be OS development, drivers, or embedded there's still tons of fields that need highly optimized C.

P = NP for N = 1
Any more?

How'd you do it? I don't want to download one of those sketch cracks lol
