Start a stopwatch.
Stop it when your pc turns off to prevent housefire and stuff.

My server never had a fan, heatsink, or liquid cooling installed.
It runs perfectly
I've been without cooling for 16 minutes now on a generic desktop PC.
It still runs and does it's assigned task without any struggles.
