So this usually happens when I try to see archived threads on 4chan, but I see this happen in other places too. What is it and what can I do to get rid of it? I use a Nexus 7(2013 tablet) with Marshmallow in it.

Anyway, thanks to the few that gave me helpful advice, but now my tablet malfuctioned again. Its stuck in booting up and can't I do anything about it. Where the micro usb is in the tablet got damaged a few months back, so there is no remote way to download all of the saved images I accumulated from 4chan since last year.
Whelp, there goes over 13,000 images I can never get back.

Holding the volume up and power should launch fast boot mode. Google how to use ADB and fastboot and you might be able access files that way

The tablet froze earlier. It has been having problems for a while now, and when it froze, the best way to make it work was to turn it off and turn it back on. This time it seems it made it worse.

You can't get the files back you killed it.
If you unlock the bootloader to reflash it it will wipe the phone.
Sorry OP but it is too late. This is a very advanced form of firmware rootkit that will persist no matter what you do. Your only option now is to trash the phone and buy a new one, because once the damage percent goes above 50% your battery will explode.

If you're sure it's not a software problem then I'm not going to waste my time, just buy a new one or get it fixed from the shop you were talking about. Either way, unless you can get it to start up and escape the bootloop by itself -- which I don't think will happen -- you're most likely not getting your data back.
