Why does my card clock way up on it's own? It's just

Why does my card clock way up on it's own? It's just sitting on the desktop and it'll fly up to boost clock and beyond, makes no sense

I don't use NVidia but maybe it's just feeding in the idles to ram and doing a bad job of it because reasons? Kinda like how arch uses all of the ram available maybe you got something going like that except in a windows descript?

I have AMD and my shit just takes a while to start up but I have noticed that NVidia ( at least at the pc cafe ) is always rushing to have the blitter fed on merit of odds rather than a feasible possibility. I guess it expects glitchy play or was made to support games like CS:GO and Unreal Tournament over games like Samurai Game 2: Dawn of Destiny where there is still a bit of resistance between force and distance.

Of course, I could just be talking out of my ass.
