need help tracing an email, comes up with the microsoft in washington
Email was sent from an @ live.com account. My girlfriend got it on her gmail account with a threat. Wanna find this guy cause the cops dont know how. They said if I found out theyll take action.

This guy is a sicko. I need to find out who he is. I have no idea how to find other info thats not the microsoft IP and get to his. I've tried just about everything the closest I got was a facebook under his email that I used to get a guy with the same name near me but I cant go to the police unless I'm 100%
