When my brother got his "Oliver People's" from Ali, that was an available option (But it's not worth getting them w/o lenses IMHO, saving $5-10). If the package gets caught in customs there's extra fees for the postal service or courier used for handling the payment and other stuff, they increase the cost a lot. That's why it's scary if you get caught, it's not only the 21% VAT it's also all the other stuff they charge for the "trouble".
