No because it is completely unrelated to programming. Customer Relationship Managers are like HR / PR / sales people, they interact with clients and make sure they are happy with the service they're getting.

By the way there is CRM software, such as Zoho, which helps these PR / sales people track customers so they can do their jobs.
But it's just one type of software.
If you are a developer you will develop many types of software.
