Can someone explain what's it about Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB?

I have an ISO of it. It's basically Enterprise without bloat. No edge no cortana. very clean and minimal for windows. I'd recoomened if I were to use 10. Although I'd stick with 7 or 8

This. I still find 7 a lot more better and open. I have 10 LTSB in a VM, 7 host OS. It's still a lot of fuckery, even with LTSB, Control Panel has been dumbed down, settings like turning off error report are removed (it says On, but no button to turn it Off, etc..)

It has most of the botnet removed (but not all). It's also behind in updates and buggy shit.
It's a meme version of Windows 10 that stupid people think somehow runs faster and has less spyware than regular Enterprise/Pro.
It's a security update only version meant for critical stuff like ATMs and hospital computers that can't risk being screwed up by feature updates.
