It's impossible. I've seen people try a ton of different shit to get it disabled, but it's built within the kernel probably and cannot be disabled. Besides, why the fuck would you want to use windows. To play games? All games are being ported over to linux now. To use software? Linux likely has an equivalent to any software you may need, or you can just run a QEMU vm and use it in there.
