I'm not saying IE 9 is bad, it was the first decent version of IE since the abomination known as 6, but it has very limited HTML5 support and you rely very heavily on flash to do anything. Same thing with IE 10.

There is no contradiction. It honestly was a decent IE, but needs to die off in favor of IE 11 because IE 11 has much better HTMl5 support. I don't hate the browser, I just hate flash and keeping IE 9 alive is keeping flash alive.
