I had the exact same problem yesterday
You have to go to your device manager and uninstall your graphics card (with deleting the driver), but DON'T RESTART your computer.
Just trigger the upgrade process once more. It should work fine then.
With installing the upgrade, Windows will install the correct driver itselft
