Amazon is a shit. ebay is better for most things.
Reasons
>order 25€ book on amazon
>it arrives damaged
>send it in and get replacement
>status of order doesn't update properly, so i contact support to see what's going on
>some pooinloo replies
>has no idea what i want
>transfers the 25€ i paid for the book back to my bank account
>still receive replacement
>don't tell anyone
>just wait and see
>has been months now
>essentially, got a free book from amazon

I usually buy or order movies and anime from my local store under an alias and pay with cash.
If I want to buy some obscure music there is always bleep, bandcamp, or discogs. If not then I'll torrent.
I don't use Amazon.
